Chroma Cult
"Chroma Cult" was a term used by Ken Ypparila [21030229] for a club of Chroma enthusiasts he organized after the Chroma was discontinued (in 1984). The MIDI kit, which KMX picked up from Syntech when the latter went out of business (circa 1986), is often called the Chroma Cult kit (see Syntech/Chroma Cult/KMX).
Available here are credits for the Chroma Cult Sounds; and the two known letters to the members of the Cult (October 2, 1986; and January 30, 1987).
